There are already many benchmarks in the Oberwolfach Model Reduction Benchmark Collection [1], where most of the models are non-parametrized linear time invariant systems (first order and second order). In this benchmark collection, many parametrized models appear public for the first time. Furthermore, benchmarks for many more nonparametric models from various engineering applications (circuit simulation, mechanical engineering, control, etc.) are also included.

The motivation is to provide researchers in the fields of model order reduction, numerical simulation, scientific computing, etc. a platform of exchanging, sharing the resources for testing, verifying their ideas, existing numerical algorithms, model reduction methods, etc.
