There are already many benchmarks in the Oberwolfach Model Reduction Benchmark Collection and NICONET Benchmark Examples, where most of the models are non-parametrized linear time invariant systems (first order and second order).

In the benchmark collection you see here, benchmarks of many parametrized models appear public for the first time. Furthermore, benchmarks for many more nonparametric models from various engineering applications (circuit simulation, mechanical engineering, control, etc.) are also included.

The motivation is to provide researchers in the fields of model order reduction, numerical simulation, computer aided design, scientific computing, etc. a platform of exchanging, sharing the resources for testing, verifying new ideas, numerical algorithms, model reduction methods, etc..

The Zenodo MORWIKI-Collection hosts the individual benchmark data (currently being filled).
