There is no connection between the original PDE and the representation as the transfer function of the corresponding ODE system given. Add some content?
No caption or label for figures. (both figures labeled and references added to text by Norman)

Old link IMTEK Freiburg, group of Jan Korvink has moved to http://www.imtek.uni-freiburg.de/professuren/simulation. Old link mentions this already. Korvink himself has moved to KIT. Set new link? Refer to Korvink?

Literature entries b3, c2, c3 are directly linked to pdf files. Is this OK or should we set other links.

Only reference to Maxwell's equation given. Equations should be added (plus description as for bilinear form a(.,.))?
Only origin of matrices $A^q$ is given. Other matrices (contained in the data file) are not mentioned.
