	The first reference "Theory in Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy" does not seems to exist anywhere. Am I guessing correct, that actually the enclosing book is entitled "Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy" and the chapter refered to is "Theory" (p.75--126) in CRC press (see http://www.crcpress.com/product/isbn/9781439831120 ) ? - C.
